Senior Management Team
Mark Monet Director of Workplace Learning
Mark has a wealth of experience in work place learning and has managed and developed ESF, SFA, WBLA and full cost projects across a spectrum of industries. He is skilled in partnership working and has recently completed a Master of Arts in Education (MA Ed) at the University of Derby investigating supply chain management in the FE sector.
In addition, he has designed, delivered and evaluated bespoke programmes, including developmental, motivational, mentoring and life skills for challenging learners. These have included asylum seekers, those not in employment, education or training (NEET), youth offenders and prison beneficiaries.
He has extensive hands-on teaching experience working across a range of abilities, nationalities and age groups and is passionate about facilitating learning and achievement.
Anita Gill Director of Community Learning
Anita hold an Honour’s degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry together with her assessors and IV qualifications.
Anita has 20 years’ experience working with the community fostering a learning environment that extends far beyond the classroom walls, whilst encouraging learning and problem solving in the context of their lives and communities.
Nicola Martin Training & Quality Manager of Workplace Learning
Nikki holds a BA Cert Ed in Education and Sociology alongside her Assessor and Internal Verifiers qualifications.
Nikki is the subject specialist for retail and retail management, having previously had a successful career in Football Club retail management before moving into vocational learning and Training. In addition to this Nikki has successfully managed a variety of ESF and SFA contracts with high success and outcome rates.
Nicole Smith – Teaching and Training Mentor – IAG level 3 to 7
Nicole has been involved in the advice and guidance sector for over 23 years both delivering and managing advice and guidance projects and teaching and assessing on the Level 3 and Level 4 NVQ Advice & Guidance, Level 4 NVQ Career Information and Advice and Level 6 Career Guidance and Development.
Nicole has previously worked for Manchester College for 11 years and Work Solutions for 13 years before going freelance and holds the following qualifications;
– qualified Teacher (PGCE Post Compulsory Education 2008)
– qualified Advice & Guidance Professional (NVQ Level 3 & NVQ Level 4 & Level 6)
– qualified NVQ Assessor (D32 & D33)
– qualified Internal Verifier (V1)
– qualified Trainer (Postgraduate Certificate in Training & Development and Professional Trainer certificate CIEH).
She is a member of the Career Development Institute (CDI) and a member of the Institute for Personnel and Development (IPD).
Barry Adams is a professional chef, having had his own Catering Company in the UK and a Restaurant in France he knows what it takes to ensure businesses are operating to the highest standards of hygiene. Barry values the Food Safety Awards as it reinforces a greater understanding of the importance of High Food Safety and Hygiene standards.
Barry holds the following Hygiene qualifications;
– The Royal Institute of Public Health and Hygiene (RIPHH) Certificate in Food Hygiene and Handling of Food
– The Royal Institute of Public Health and Hygiene (RIPHH) Diploma in Food Hygiene.
