Lv2 Business Improvement

A Business Improvement Techniques apprenticeship is a work based qualification that is nationally recognised by employers and educational providers. This qualification will give you the skills and knowledge to help make your business more successful.

The qualification usually spans 12 months as a minimum

No this qualification does not require you to attend any other form of education aside from the apprenticeship itself, as it is a work based qualification and can be completed at your place of employment.

As a minimum your wage will be £3.30 per hour but some employers do chose to pay a higher wage. If you are already employed and your employer agrees to the apprenticeship then your current wage will not be affected in a negative way.

The hours you will be working are determined by your employer, the guided learning hours are 229 – 351 hours.

Yes it is required for you to be in employment to be eligible to start an apprenticeship. However, if you are not currently employed we will help you find a job that will allow you to complete your apprenticeship.

The majority of apprentices go on to full time employment after their apprenticeship has ended, often with the same employer. You may wish to progress to the next level of apprenticeship.

A Team Leading apprenticeship is a work based qualification that is nationally recognised by employers and educational providers. This qualification will give you the skills and knowledge to help you lead your team successfully.

The qualification usually spans 12 months as a minimum

No this qualification does not require you to attend any other form of education aside from the apprenticeship itself, as it is a work based qualification and can be completed at your place of employment.
